Profile - critical requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Cost Controlling (opex & capex);
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Eager to change the status quo;
  • Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint skills

  • Robust skills to process large databases (excel), automate reports (excel), create presentations (ppt);
  • Positive attitude, open to new & dynamic activities;
  • The desire to develop continuously, to learn and to improve;
  • Attention to meet the reporting deadlines, result orientation;
  • Proven experience in reporting;
  • Attention to detail, responsible person;
  • Ability to make decisions, to work independently;
  • Team spirit, good communication skills;
  • Capacity to interact with a higher number of colleagues from different activity areas with a different level of financial knowledge
  • Expert knowledge of English

It is an advantage if you have

  • Working experience in a bank, a financial institution or o large multinational company
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Worked in SAP, Business Intelligence (OBI, PowerBI, Tableau)

 

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain databases of administrative expenses and investments with the following minimum level of information:
    • Contracts
    • Orders
    • Invoices
  • Calculate monthly and communicate to the Accounting the cost estimates related to the services received and where the related invoices have not yet been registered ("accrual");
  • Actively participate in the closing of the month in the area of ​​cost controlling - extracting and verifying / reconciling data, preparing local and group reports;
  • Monitor administrative expenses and investments, identify significant variances and you make the right recommendations;
  • Contact responsible person for the cost, which involves managing any request from/to the stakeholders;
  • Participate in the standardization of records in order to automate the process of centralization and reporting of information;
  • Participate in the process of budgeting administrative expenses and investments;
  • Prepare reports for cost managers and beneficiaries;
  • Participate in the department's projects.
