Customer Segment Manager


We are looking for a proactive person with proven coordination abilities and entrepreneurial mindset, to build and implement customer centric strategy by orchestrating the interactions, products usage and communications. The ideal candidate should be able to optimize client value through customers journeys across all channels and manage business expectations of main counterparties/stakeholders (business products, channels owners, risk, IT and other impacted areas).

The main goal for the position is to own customer relation and deliver commercial results.

Your profile

  • Bachelor degree in economics;
  • Previous experience in banking products and/or segment management;
  • Customer focus abilities;
  • Problem solving and decision making abilities;

  • Managerial presentation, perseverance, tenacity and optimism;

What you will do

  • Build Customer ownership & centric view by orchestrating commercial actions & communications, in order to further serve client in the right moment with the proper service, product or communication, through the preferred channel.
  • Develop, implement and manage client-centric strategies in order to optimize the value of the client-bank relationship, to ensure meaningful customer experience, customer loyalty, enhanced mix of offered products, with the ultimate goal of increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Define and maintain relevant personas, segments and subsegments considering external best practices and studies, client profile and behavior, with the purpose to adapt marketing activities, services and orchestrate products offers, taking in consideration customers needs.
  • Design, set-up and monitor ”customer journeys” with relevant client interactions across entire client lifecycle, aiming to increase x-sell rate, reduce attrition and boost intensity of customer usage of various products, in line with the business strategy.
  • Generate, implement and monitor client journeys campaigns, being in charge with implementation from concept, through execution on all communication channels and reporting of results.
  • Own and optimize processes of initiating and maintaining the business relationship, know the customer and updating contact information.
